Payment methods and bank integrations

For Estonian market, Erply supports Ingenico payment terminals from two providers – Swedbank Estonia and Nets Estonia. Both integrations use posXML protocol to connect to ECR over local area network (LAN). Nets Estonia provides payment solutions for LHV bank, SEB bank and Nets Danske.

Hardware integrations

Erply is a WEB-based software and can be used on almost any device that has web browser and internet access. To integrate external devices, eg. printer, cash drawer, payment terminal etc., Erply needs background services. For that, we have services available for Windows, Linux, MacOS and also applications are available for Android and iOS. For Android and iOS, we only support Star printers.

Supported platforms

Erply works on all of the most popular platforms, for workstation use you can use Windows, macOS or Linux, and for the mobile environment we have native applications on both Android and iOS. All the applications are region-specific.

E-commerce integrations

Erply customers will have the possibility to use Erply’s webshop integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, all free-of-charge. These integrations are built by Erply’s integration team and are updated regularly to match more complex needs from our customers globally. We also have our own webshop platform called Shopz, which is free for Erply users and can be used to bring your business online easily thanks to it storing all the data in Erply.

For more advanced warehouse needs, Erply offers a mobile solution for the warehouse workers, called Erply WMS (Warehouse Management System). Are there country-specific integrations?  – Yes! Erply offers mandatory e-invoice integration through Omniva or E-arveldaja, so our customers can send their invoices straight from Erply to their customers e-invoice addresses.
We also offer an extra plugin, that allows to get data from Estonian Business Registry when creating a customer or supplier in Erply BO and in POS.

Taxes and currencies

In Estonia, income tax is not assessed on the profit earned every year. Income tax is assessed on a monthly basis and only when profits have been distributed. The corporate tax rate is generally a flat 20%, calculated as 20/80 from taxable net payment. In Erply the 20% tax is set up automatically on all Estonian accounts. if needed different taxes can also be added to the system later on. Erply report functions allows users to fetch reports that split the VAT into different columns, making the life of accountants easier than ever before.

Erply supports all the worlds currencies, for all Estonian accounts the default currencies from the start are Euro and US Dollar, but these can be added whenever needed. Currency rates can also be set up for purchasing purposes.
